‘In person training’ is where results are maximized

Each initial session, comes with a movement pattern screening to asses for any imbalances which may be present.

I offer personalized strength training programs tailored to the individual’s goals and fitness level.

Depending on the clients targets, the exercises in these sessions will generally range from movements to improve; muscle mass, strength, mobility and cardiovascular performance. Although other physical components can be worked on upon request.

All sessions will come with attention to detail, tracking of progress and guidance on correct form to ensure efficient and safe training.

To aid weight loss, Charlie offers guidance on nutrition and aims to support each client achieve and maintain a healthy weight. This includes advice on lifestyle, changes in habits (i.e. sleep and supplementation) that can assist weight management efforts.

As a boxing coach, Charlie provides instruction on correct technique, including; footwork, head movement, punching
mechanics, hand defenses, body positioning and combination selection. He also provides guidance on mental preparation and strategies for competition.

Overall,  1-1 training with Charlie allows support for clients to reach their goals faster.
